hello, world

Hi, I'm Marlena Fabrick.

IT support / web development / UI/UX design / audio engineering

I have a B.S. in Information Technology and nearly eight years of hands-on technical work in audio engineering, live sound, and hardware QA. I like finding the root cause of a problem, building things people can actually use, and explaining technology in plain language.

about me

Where sound meets technology

For nearly six years I built, calibrated, and QA tested professional analog audio hardware at Audio-Scape Engineering Company, and helped the company grow from a startup into an international brand. Before that I mixed monitors and front of house at venues across Central Florida, including the Hard Rock Hotel, The Social, and The Beacham.

Alongside audio, I earned my B.S. in Information Technology at Daytona State College, where I built web apps, databases, network security labs, and UI/UX prototypes. This site is where I keep that work.
